The standards we hold on every visit

Anyone can say they'll show up. These are the promises Honest Pool Service is built to keep, week in and week out.

On time, every week

Your pool is on a fixed weekly schedule and Chris keeps it — no skipped weeks, no guessing when he'll show.

Reliable service

One dependable person who knows your pool, not a rotating crew that never remembers it.

In uniform, on your property

A professional you recognize, who treats your yard and your pool with respect.

Fair, honest pricing

Straight pricing with no surprises — the honest part of Honest Pool Service.

These aren't marketing lines — they're the reason clients stay for years and send their neighbors. If Chris ever falls short of one of them, he wants to hear about it and make it right. That's what "honest" is supposed to mean.

On time, every week, means a fixed day

Your pool has a weekday. Not a window, not "sometime this week," but a day you can plan around. The route through Melbourne, West Melbourne, Suntree, Eau Gallie, and Viera is built so each area is served on its own day, and Chris keeps to it. Weather is the one exception a Florida pool service has to allow for: if lightning is on top of the route, the stop is made as soon as it clears, usually later the same day, and you hear about it rather than wondering. A pool that is serviced on a fixed schedule stays in balance; one that is serviced "when we can" drifts, and the drift is what you end up paying for.

Reliable service means the full routine, every visit

Reliable does not only mean showing up. It means the visit is the same whether the pool looks perfect or had a rough week. The water is tested every time, not eyeballed. The walls are brushed every time, because that is where algae starts. The floor is vacuumed every week, not just when it looks like it needs it, because the debris you cannot see from the deck is the debris that feeds algae and clogs the filter. The baskets are emptied, the filter is cleaned on schedule, and the equipment gets a look. Chemicals are included in the monthly rate, so there is never a reason to skimp on what the water needs.

Uniformed, respectful, and on your property like it's his own

You will recognize the person at your gate. Chris wears the company shirt, parks where he should, closes gates behind him, and leaves the deck the way he found it, with the vacuum hose coiled and nothing left behind. Many customers are at work during the visit; some are seasonal residents who are away for months. Either way, the property is treated with the same care, and anything that looks wrong on the property gets a text to the owner.

Fair pricing means the number does not move

Weekly service is one monthly rate, chemicals included, month to month. The rate is set after Chris sees the pool, based on its size, whether it is screened, whether it runs a salt system, and what the equipment is like. After that it does not change with the season or the weather. A storm that dilutes the water, a heavy pollen week, a houseful of swimmers over a holiday weekend: all of that is what weekly service exists to handle, and none of it is an extra charge. The only separate quote is a green pool, which needs a recovery clean-up before it can go onto the weekly rate.

How to hold him to it

Every customer has Chris's cell number. If a visit is missed, if the pool does not look the way it should on service day, or if a question goes unanswered, the fix is a text or a call to the owner, not a ticket in a queue. Most of the reviews on Google mention the same two things, that he never misses a week and that he answers right away, because those are the two standards a homeowner can actually check. Read them, then ask a neighbor in Melbourne, Suntree, or Viera who takes care of the pool that always looks right.

What you will not get

No contract. No upsell at every visit. No surprise line items. No rotating crew. And no silence when something needs attention: if the pump is failing or the filter is past its life, you hear about it in plain words, with what it means and what it would take to fix, and the decision stays with you.
